Joe Hefley

I was just informed last night that Joe Hefley has acute lukemia and is undergoing chemotheraphy which started last night. Several of his firends and fellow dart members are trying to set up a benifit dart tournament for him as he does not have insurance to cover the major costs of this disease. I will keep you all informed of when and where as soon as a date is set. (It will be soon).

Please keep Joe and Shelly in your thoughts and prayers.

i know how he feels as all know i went through the same thing so trust me joe it gets better starts off crappy but gets better comin from someone that went through it twice

Congratulations to you for making it through. Joe's benefit has been scheduled for February 20th at Black Gold. Lonnie will be getting flyers out as well. I hope we have a great turnout as Joe is a great guy.

For those of you who don't know him personally, if you were ar TSTC, he was the guy selling the food with Magic. He has been a part of the FWDA for a long time and he and his wife Shelly took care of Don Welch through the worst of his illness. They are really special people and we want to help. As of right now, this is not FWDA sanctioned but I will talk to Nat about getting us more involved.
