Here is an updated Blank Roster that can be downloaded, filled out, and printed or emailed to Connie. All Monies owed for the individual player dues should accompany this roster. Players individual dues for Fall 09 are $20.00 for 1 team, and a $5.00 surcharge for each extra team that you play on. We ask that you start with your Open Team first and then apply the surcharges to Ladies, Cricket, and/or Mixed.
Pub Fees are typically collected all at once from the participating bars that have more than one team. However, if you are the only team playing at a pub, please submit the pubfee of $25.00 for your pub, a FWDA receipt will be given for your reimbursement from your pub.
