Many of you know Jerry Jolly. He was the announcer at the FWDA Fun Dart Tournement that drove all of us crazy for talking while the matches were going on. But, Jerry has been in poor health for the past few years. He is diabetic and has been having trouble regulating his sugar levels to the point of passing out at his home quite a lot. He entered the hospital, and the medicine he had to take caused fluid around his heart. But without the medicine, he developed kidney failure. In addition, Jerry also developed a sore on his right foot that would not heal. A couple of weeks ago, Jerry and his doctors made the decision to remove the leg from the knee down. Consequently, Jerry has been in the hospital for quite a long time. They have just recently put him in a nursing home off Las Vegas trail to try getting him a new leg and hopefully, be able to return home and live on his own. I know many of us have been praying for Mama Doris who lost her fight to cancer recently. I now ask all of us to extend our prayers to Jerry that he gets to come home soon.
