There are several different places you could go. I don't have exact addresses but I can help a little.
Black Gold is off of 35 in crowley off of risinger rd
You have Shuckers, Maxines, Just One More, and a few others all in the same area off of 30
There is Sparks off of Rufe Snow and 820
Volcanos is off of 183 and Norwood.
I'm not sure about sparks, i have never been there, but all of these other bars have blind draws every weekend

Sparks and Volcano's are a little closer to your neck of the woods.
As far as leagues go Rosters will be due Dec 16th. There is a Ladies league on Monday, but I doubt you'd be interested Mr.Breeze. Open leagues are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The open teams are 5 person min. and 8 max teams. Thursdays is Mixed league, with a 4 person minimum (2 couples).
If you can't fill a whole team, you might find a club you like and possibly find another team looking for players.

Volcano's is on the NE corner of Harwood and Norwood. They have a blind draw Thursday - Sunday 8:30pm $10.00 entry fee. Depending on how long the first tournament last, a lot of times they will have a second one. Friday night is all cricket, the other nights are 501 cricket bulls choice. Hope this helps.

Mr. Breeze,
Look for FWDA's monthy newsletter, "Mugs Away", located at all of the above mentioned bars. If you can't find where they keep them, just ask anyone at the bar. All blind draws, holiday tournaments etc. are listed there. It is a great resource for all FWDA happenings!!

a rumor that cowtown texas on the north side of town off Jacksboro highway is looking to get a team or two playing from there, that would be a great choice for you.

It's not in MrBreeze's area, but I also heard that there is a bar over by TCU that might put up some boards. It's called Halo. That would be a nice place for the FWDA to draw some new blood from.
